A $34.95 shipping charge is added at checkout for US addresses.
Shipping Charges are $49.95 for Canadian addresses. Please see "Shipping Information" below for shipping addresses outside of the US & Canada. This shipping charge covers returning your machine once it's serviced using our discounted rate.
Payment for shipping your machine to Medicool is your responsibility.
IMPORTANT - Please ensure your machine is packaged so damage doesn't occur while in transit to our facility. Medicool "will not" be responsible for shipping damage of any kind.

Steps to Complete Service

Step 4: Customer Service Team will call or email to provide an RA Number.
Step 5: Ship your Machine to Medicool with instructions per Customer Service.
