After Checkout:
- Your payment method will be authorized for the full amount, but not charged at checkout.
- Within 30 minutes you receive an email with instructions on how to complete the return process. If you haven’t received an email within 24 hours, please email customercare@medicool.com or chat with our customer service team for return instructions.
*Due to payment gateway limitations, your payment can only remain in authorized status for 5 days. If we do not receive a reply to our return instruction email within 5 days, your order will be canceled.
Free Standard Shipping over $50 offer applies to US lower 48 addresses. Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion.
Shipments are sent out the following day after the orders are received. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm (PST) will be shipped the following Monday. All shipments originate from our distribution center in Torrance, Ca.
Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, will call pick-up and 3rd party provider may be subject to a $10 Service fee and the Shipping cost per shipment.
