If Medicool has shipped the package on behalf of a third-party supplier, Medicool is acting solely as the shipping provider for this order and is not responsible for processing payments, returns, refunds, or any inquiries related to shipping issues. If you have any questions or concerns regarding returns, refunds, or shipping, contact the affiliate/supplier where you purchased your products. If you purchased shipping insurance through the Affiliate, you can file a claim directly through the insurer or the Affiliate’s claim process.
