Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order placed on Medicool.com before it ships. Call us as soon as possible at 1-800-433-2469, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
2. Returns within 30 days
You can return any item within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund, less shipping and handling, as long as it is:
- Undamaged and unsoiled
- Returned with all original accessories and packaging
3. Returns after 30 days
Returns received more than 30 days after the invoice date receive store credit instead of a refund.
4. Liquidation and Final Sale items
Items sold as Liquidation or Final Sale cannot be returned.
5. Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to any item returned without all of its original accessories and packaging.
6. How to start a return
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call customer service at 1-800-433-2469 to get one before sending your item back.
7. Exchanges
Exchange orders that qualify for our free standard shipping offer (orders over $50 shipped to the US lower 48 states) ship free.
