Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any items ordered via Medicool.com can be cancelled before your order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after your order is placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 800-433-2469.

After your order has been shipped you can return any item undamaged/unsoiled item with all original accessories and packaging for a full refund less shipping & handling within 30 days of the Invoice date. A Store credit will be issued if received after 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if item is received without all of the original accessories and packaging.
