Shipping Information
- Return shipping back to you is included in your $34.99 service — no separate shipping charge.
- Payment for shipping your hand piece to Medicool is your responsibility.
- Important — Please ensure your hand piece is packaged so damage doesn't occur while in transit to our facility. Medicool "will not" be responsible for shipping damage of any kind.
- Ship only the hand piece. Please do not include cords, chargers, or any other accessories.
- This service is currently available to US customers only. If you're outside the US, please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.
Steps to Complete Service
- Step 1: Select your hand piece model above.
- Step 2: Choose whether to add a backup hand piece (No / Yes).
- Step 3: Complete checkout.
- Step 4: Our Customer Service Team will email you an RA# (Return Authorization Number).
- Step 5: Package your hand piece (hand piece only, no accessories) and ship it to Medicool with your RA# included, per the instructions in that email.
- Step 6: If you added a backup hand piece, it will ship to you right away — no need to wait for your original to arrive.
